Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Returns requested after the 14-day return window may be eligible for store credit only, up to 30 days after the delivery date.
For your protection, we strongly recommend returning items using an insured and trackable shipping service. Madano Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
